Marty Fisher, Broker and Partner, founded Premier Commercial Properties, Inc in 2001. Since that time, Premier Commercial Properties has established itself as a leading Commercial Real Estate Company in the northern metro area. As an owner and developer of several Retail, Office and Industrial projects, Marty provides his clients specific insights and experience in the areas of Leasing, Sales, Development and Tenant Representation.

Marty Fisher is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has spent eighteen years in the contractor market as a sales manager with the Onan Corporation, Cummins Engine Company and Ziegler / CAT. As an active member of the community, Marty belongs to the Anoka Chamber of Commerce, North Metro Chamber of Commerce, North Metro Realtors Association and the Ramsey Rotary Club.  He is also a Board Member of the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange.  In his spare time Marty coaches little league baseball with his two boys.

Myles Borstad, CCIM Senior Associat.e Myles ‘s career spans more than thirty years in the commercial real estate field in both Minnesota and North Dakota. He represents his client’s sales and leasing needs in a broad range of areas including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, restaurant, and hotel properties.

Myles is a member of the Organization of Commercial Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors where he is a member of the CCIM Institute. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation. Myles is a graduate of North Dakota State University. He is a Vietnam veteran and is a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Vietnam Veterans of America.

Richard Lee

Richard Lee is a sales agent with Premier Commercial Properties who is responsible for the sales and leasing of Retail, Office, and Industrial properties. Rich earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Prior to joining Premier, Rich was employed with a fortune 500 company where he concentrated his efforts in the International division of logistics management.

Mike Simpson is a Licensed Broker and Senior Associate specializing in the the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land development and commercial real estate within the north metro area. Upon graduating from Bethel College with Highest Honors, where he earned majors in Business and Economics, Mike obtained a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Working as a defense attorney in the area of civil litigation, Mike earned Senior Trial Attorney status with both The Travelers and Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies, and Advanced Certifications in both Arbitration and Mediation from the American Arbitration Association.

His business philosophy for successfully serving clients includes:  1) in-depth market knowledge, 2) extensive networking and, 3) frequent client communications.

Brian Ertel specializes in sales and leasing of investment and development properties.

An entrepreneur at heart, Brian founded a manufacturers' representatives firm upon graduation from college and operated the business for 16 years.  He also owns and has managed commercial and multi-family residential property.  His experience as a property owner/manager combined with his background in sales and business ownership give him a unique ability to understand the needs of principals on both sides of a Real Estate transaction.  Integrity is the cornerstone of Brian's business philosophy.  A solid marketing plan, attention to detail and frequent communication equates to an effective campaign with minimal surprises on all sides.

Dina Erickson joined Premier Commercial Properties, Inc in February of 2005. She is currently managing the office and is also a licensed real estate agent. Dina earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Communications at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN.  Although she is relatively new to the commercial real estate industry, she is learning the business by assisting the agents and clients with their transactions.

Dina's experience consists of 15 years of customer service management in the banking industry and the telecommunications industry. She also has a very strong sales background, working in the telemarketing and retail industries. Dina is very excited about the growth opportunities in the north metro area and is looking forward to being a part of the development process.
