Marty Fisher, Broker and partner, co-founded Premier Commercial Properties, Inc in 2001. Since that time, Premier Commercial Properties has established itself as a leading Commercial Real Estate Company in the Twin Cities metro area.

Billed as a “Real Estate Services Company” Premier Commercial Properties, Inc, prides itself in referrals and repeat business while providing corporate and individual clients with tenant representation, landlord representation, assisting buyers and sellers with commercial property and land purchases, as well as, general commercial real estate consultation. Premier Commercial Properties serves clients within the retail, industrial and office market sectors and provides property management services for multi-tenant office, industrial and retail properties.

In addition to the sales and leasing activities described above, Marty has lent his expertise and taken ownership stakes in several “ground up” developments including three retail shopping centers in the 15,000 – 30,000 square foot range and one 85,000 square foot medical office complex. Marty is comfortable performing in a variety of roles including facilitating the corporate board room activities, leasing / selling contractor yards and consulting small business owners with the development of their new business ventures.

As an active member of the community, Marty belongs to the Anoka Chamber of Commerce, North Metro Chamber of Commerce, Ham Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Ramsey Rotary Club. He also serves as a board member for the Central Minnesota Development Company (which assists small business owners with S.B.A. financing) and the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange. He is a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In his spare time Marty does volunteer work and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Since 2006, Premier Commercial Properties, Inc has received yearly awards from The Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal as a “Top Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm. In 2010, Marty will receive the Twin Cities Business Magazine, Five Star Commercial Real Estate Client satisfaction award; an annual award given to less than 10% of Minnesota State Commercial Real Estate Agents.

Mr. Lee has 33 years experience in commercial real estate—the last 30 as acommercial real estate broker. Mr. Lee is recognized as one of the top commercial realtors in the metro area for the last 10 years. He is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the NationalAssociation of Realtors (NAR), and the Minnesota Association of Realtors.

Mr. Lee founded Premier Commercial Properties, Inc. (Premier), in 2001. As afull service real estate company, Premier provides experienced support for sales, leasing, investment and development needs. Mr. Lee’s wide range of experience includes the development of several shopping centers, office buildings and industrial warehouses. Most significantly in 2007, Mr. Lee was the developer of the Blaine Medical Center, an 85,000 square foot fully leased medical building in Blaine, Minnesota. He was the leasing agent on the project and his company now manages the property. Other developments include the Club West Plaza, a 58,000 square foot shopping center in Blaine and the Ramsey Office Condos in Ramsey. Currently, Mr. Lee is developing the Fridley Medical Center, a 60,000 square foot medical building on the Unity Hospital Campus in Fridley. As of ground breaking, the building is already 100% fully leased and will be ready for occupancy in July 2010.

Mr. Lee is proud of the progress the company has made since its inception. Premier provides real estate services throughout the Twin Cities metro with a specialized focus on the northern area. They’ve sold properties anywhere from$200,000.00 to $15,000,000.00. Premier has also grown as a Property Management Company, with the Blaine Medical Center as one of its primary facilities and will be adding the Fridley Medical Center upon completion.

Myles Borstad, CCIM Senior Associat.e Myles ‘s career spans more than thirty years in the commercial real estate field in both Minnesota and North Dakota. He represents his client’s sales and leasing needs in a broad range of areas including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, restaurant, and hotel properties.

Myles is a member of the Organization of Commercial Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors where he is a member of the CCIM Institute. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation. Myles is a graduate of North Dakota State University. He is a Vietnam veteran and is a member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Vietnam Veterans of America.


Richard Lee

Richard Lee is a sales agent with Premier Commercial Properties who is responsible for the sales and leasing of Retail, Office, and Industrial properties. Rich earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Prior to joining Premier, Rich was employed with a fortune 500 company where he concentrated his efforts in the International division of logistics management.


Mike Simpson

Mike Simpson is a Licensed Broker and Senior Associate specializing for over a decade in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land development and commercial real estate within the North Metro area.

Upon graduating from Bethel College with Highest Honors; where he earned majors in Business and Economics; Mike obtained a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Working as a defense attorney in the area of civil litigation, Mike earned Senior Trial Attorney status with both The Travelers and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies, and Advanced Certifications in both Arbitration and Mediation from the American Arbitration Association.

His business philosophy for successfully serving clients includes; 1) in-depth market knowledge; 2) extensive networking and; 3) frequent client communications.

Gary Dehn

Gary Dehn has been a lifelong resident of the Anoka area and a local businessman in downtown Anoka for over 30 years. He is familiar with the surrounding communities and knows how critical customer service is to creating business relationships. Gary has a degree in Business Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and personal experience working on property acquisition, sales, leasing and 1031 exchanges.

As a licensed real estate agent, Gary is prepared to fulfill his clients' needs in their search for business opportunities. He enjoys working with people and is excellent in builiding rapport and at negotiation.

In his free time, Gary is active in his church, has served as a member of its Pastoral Council and the Formation Commission. Gary is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Boating and golf are favorite summertime activities for Gary and his family.

Dina Erickson joined Premier Commercial Properties, Inc in February of 2005. She is currently managing the office and is also a licensed real estate agent. Dina earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Communications at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN. Although she is relatively new to the commercial real estate industry, she is learning the business by assisting the agents and clients with their transactions.

Dina's experience consists of 15 years of customer service management in the banking industry and the telecommunications industry. She also has a very strong sales background, working in the telemarketing and retail industries. Dina is very excited about the growth opportunities in the north metro area and is looking forward to being a part of the development process.
