The COVID-19 pandemic has already had a profound effect on families and businesses across the state and around the world. To ensure the health and safety of our team, clients, friends, and family, we are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments in the Twin Cities. Our team is staying on top of this developing situation to keep you and our teams informed and prepared as the virus disrupts business as usual. 

Here’s what the Premier Commercial Properties team is doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  1. Working remotely. Our team is working at home whenever possible to limit contact with those who may be ill.
  2. Meeting clients virtually. Fortunately, many of the steps of a commercial real estate transaction can occur virtually. Our team is moving as many client meetings as possible online to practice social distancing.
  3. Enhancing property tour safety. As a further precaution, we are limiting the number of people we bring on property tours and wiping down all touched surfaces before and after we leave a property. 

Premier Commercial Properties is following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and the State of Minnesota for the most up-to-date and accurate information and recommendations to help mitigate the spread of the virus. We have encouraged our team to increase their handwashing here and at home and practice social distancing outside of work. We have asked team members who feel ill or have sick family members to stay home.
